Vista Canyon is an 185-acre community in Santa Clarita designed by JSB Development in partnership with globally-acclaimed architects Gensler and Johnson Fain, and features residential, mixed-use and office development.

We created a range of branding materials that reinforced a narrative about Vista Canyon that would appeal to a younger audience – positioning the community as a solution to modern urban issues that redefines the suburbs as a place where affordability, sustainability and diversity can thrive.
