For over 35 years Centre for Neuro Skills (CNS) has been recognized as an experienced and respected world leader for providing intensive postacute community based brain injury rehabilitation.

By leveraging design thinking practices including “day in the life” exercises and focus group workshopping, we mapped the employee and patient journey for CNS. CNS is in the process of implementing the actionable insights we presented after understanding the complicated issues the stakeholders within the brain injury clinic face.
